Why is room ventilation so important?

Breathing clean air is the basis of health, well-being, and effective everyday functioning. It is worth realizing that the air in buildings—where we spend a very large part of our lives—can be exposed to various types of pollutants. Heat loss prevention and the lack of natural gravitational ventilation contribute to poor indoor air quality. To prevent adverse health effects of inhaling pollutants, it is necessary to use appropriate fans and ventilation systems as well as air purification devices.
