The RAK 2-2000 filtration and ventilation unit is a mobile extraction and filtration unit designed for the effective capture and filtration of fumes and dust generated during welding processes. The unit is designed for use with two extraction arms, allowing two workstations to be served simultaneously and contaminants to be captured directly at source.
The multi-stage G2 + H13 filtration system provides effective cleaning of the extracted air, while the pre-filter reduces the load on the final filter and helps extend its service life. The built-in 1.1 kW fan provides a maximum airflow of 2 × 1000 m³/h with clean filters, ensuring efficient operation of both extraction arms.
The mobile, compact and stable design allows the RAK 2-2000 to be moved easily between workstations. The unit is suitable for manufacturing plants, workshops and other industrial applications, particularly where local extraction of welding fumes is required without the need to install a central extraction system.
The RAK 2-2000 is a practical solution for intermittent welding operations and workstations requiring flexible production layouts. The ability to serve two welding workstations with a single unit, combined with straightforward operation and maintenance and effective capture of fumes at source, helps reduce the spread of airborne contaminants and improve air quality in the workplace.
